Cocina Clandestina, radio program designed and conducted by Marco Fedele and Francesco Forlani, airs every Monday from 21.00 to 23.00 on radio GRP. The radio menu offers à la carte evenings for every musical taste and exquisite palate: a varied menu that intertwines and blends music, reading, poetry, live guests and telephone calls. Among the programmes broadcast are 'O Ricettatore, where listeners can recommend their stolen recipes; Cucina all’Opera, which mixes classical music and cuisine; Cuochi in Trincea, live from the kitchens at risk (such as those in fire stations, schools, prisons, factories); Tavola Calda, a dictionary of erotic recipes (in collaboration with the publisher Lite editions); Scuocere, on the recipes of the mothers-in-law; Alto Condimento, live programme from taverns and bookshops, with dishes, readings and live music; Dica Trentatré Giri, with the advice of the nutritionist; Nouvelle cuisine, dedicated to those who love the French kitchen and culture.
