Cocina Clandestina, radio program designed and conducted by Marco Fedele and Francesco Forlani, airs every Monday from 21.00 to 23.00 on radio GRP. Among the programmes broadcast are 'O Ricettatore, where listeners can recommend their stolen recipes; Cucina all’Opera, which mixes classical music and cuisine; Cuochi in Trincea, live from the kitchens at risk (such as those in fire stations, schools, prisons, factories); Tavola Calda, a dictionary of erotic recipes (in collaboration with the publisher Lite editions); Scuocere, on the recipes of the mothers-in-law; Alto Condimento, live programme from taverns and bookshops, with dishes, readings and live music; Dica Trentatré Giri, with the advice of the nutritionist; Nouvelle cuisine, dedicated to those who love the French kitchen and culture.
